LE GRENIER
Le Grenier is a compact designer apartment with a large deck. It measures 58 square metres in total. Walking down a set of stairs brings you into the heart of the village and opens up a world of restaurants and wonderful shops through which to browse or pick up a special gift. Reserve one of many restaurants for the evening or relax at home in the hot tub with a cold glass of local wine. There is a supermarket across the road as well as a chemist and two banks.
HISTORY
The apartment was bought about 17 years ago during the development of The Yard. Le Grenier was totally refurbished in 2016 and undergoes regular updating. The owners love the centrality and the European lifestyle of the location. At night The Yard is closed to non-residents and it becomes an exclusive area.
